Scuba Diving with Pascal Van Craenenbroek - Rates & Booking

Our Instructor of BlueWater Divers runs twice-daily dive charters out of Key Largo, taking certified divers and snorkelers to some of Florida's most rewarding underwater sites. Each trip lasts 3-4 hours depending on conditions and your group's certification level, with pricing set at $100 for certified divers (ages 10+) and $95 for snorkelers (ages 8+). We require proof of your highest certification card before boarding, so bring your digital card or physical certification.

Book with just a 25% deposit and pay the remainder once your dives are complete. Your guide includes tanks, weights, snacks, and fresh water throughout the day. Our facility provides dock-side rinse tanks for your gear, onboard camera rinse systems, free parking, full restrooms, and hot showers to rinse off after your adventure. Everything you need for a quality dive experience is handled, so you can focus on the water.

Highlights of Key Largo Scuba Diving

Key Largo's underwater landscape offers two distinct dive experiences: pristine coral reefs bursting with marine life, and fascinating shipwrecks that tell stories of maritime history. Depending on your certification level and current conditions, our charter visits reef systems, wreck sites, or a combination of both. Each location provides unique vantage points for photographers and visual explorers who want to capture the vibrant colors and textures of the reef environment.

The twice-daily schedule means you can plan around your itinerary, whether you're visiting for a day trip or part of a longer Keys vacation. Our boat accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, creating an intimate group dynamic while maintaining the safety and attention standards that professional diving demands.

On the Water Experience

Key Largo's clarity and marine ecosystem make it one of the Atlantic's most accessible dive destinations. The water here reveals colorful coral formations, rocky outcroppings, and abundant marine vegetation that creates diverse habitats for countless species. As you descend into this underwater landscape, you'll notice the interplay of light filtering through the water column, illuminating the geological and biological features that make these reefs and wrecks worth exploring.

The reef environment consists of both hard and soft corals interspersed with rock formations and sandy areas. Historic wrecks in the area rest on the seafloor, becoming artificial reefs colonized by corals and fish populations. Your guide's knowledge of these specific sites means you'll visit the most productive areas based on current conditions, maximizing your chances of encountering the diverse marine life that inhabits these waters.

Water conditions in Key Largo typically provide excellent visibility during calm periods, allowing divers to see the full scope of the reef structure and appreciate the spatial relationships between different geological features. The depth of dive sites varies, so trips are customized to match your group's experience level and certification rating.

Plan Your Dive Day

Our twice-daily departures mean you can choose morning or afternoon timing based on your schedule. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for gear setup and final briefing. We provide tanks and weights, so you'll only need to bring personal items like your certification card, dive computer if you own one, and any camera equipment you want to use. The onboard camera rinse tank keeps your photography gear protected between dives.

Your group of up to 6 divers receives personalized attention from our instructor, who evaluates conditions and site options before departure. If you're snorkeling rather than diving, you'll stay with the boat group and explore the upper water column, observing the same reef structure and marine activity from a different vantage point. All experience levels are accommodated on our charters, making this an ideal outing for couples, small groups, or solo divers seeking a professional-grade experience without the crowds of larger operations.
