Ready to explore the underwater world that makes Key Largo famous? Our twice-daily scuba trips take you to the best reefs and wrecks just offshore, where crystal-clear waters and world-class marine life await. Whether you're a seasoned diver or bringing the family along for snorkeling, we've got you covered with professional guides, top-notch equipment, and dive sites that'll leave you planning your next visit before you even surface. With over 20 years guiding these waters, I can tell you there's something magical about Key Largo's underwater landscape that keeps divers coming back year after year.
Each trip runs 3-4 hours and hits two fantastic dive sites chosen specifically for your group's certification levels and the day's conditions. You might find yourself exploring vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, or descending onto historic wrecks that have become artificial reefs over the decades. Our boat captains know these waters like the back of their hand, so we're always heading to spots with the best visibility and marine activity for the day. Certified divers 10 and up join for $100, while snorkelers 8 and up can experience the surface action for $95. The best part? You only need to put down a 25% deposit to secure your spot, then pay the balance after your dives are complete. We include tanks, weights, snacks, water, and all the little extras like camera rinse tanks and dockside facilities that make the difference between a good day and a great one.
Before we head out, we'll go over the day's dive plan and safety briefings right here at the dock. Make sure to bring proof of your highest certification level – either your digital card or physical card works perfectly. Our dive guides will match the sites to the lowest certification level in your group, ensuring everyone stays safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We provide all the heavy stuff – tanks and weights – plus keep you fed and hydrated with onboard snacks and water. The boat has dedicated rinse tanks for your cameras and gear, because nothing ruins underwater photos like salt residue. After your dives, take advantage of our on-site showers and free parking while you're getting cleaned up. If you need rental gear, just let us know during booking and we'll have everything sized and ready to go.
Key Largo sits right in the heart of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, which means the underwater biodiversity here is absolutely stunning. You'll encounter massive schools of yellowtail snapper and blue tangs that create living walls of color as they move across the reef. Green moray eels are year-round residents, often seen poking their heads out from coral crevices – they look intimidating but are actually quite docile if you give them space. During summer months, keep your eyes peeled for massive goliath grouper that can reach over 400 pounds and aren't shy about approaching divers out of curiosity. The coral formations themselves tell amazing stories, with elkhorn and staghorn corals making a comeback thanks to restoration efforts. Nurse sharks are common and completely harmless, often resting under coral ledges during the day. If we hit one of the wreck sites, you'll see how these artificial reefs have become magnets for marine life – barracuda often patrol the superstructure while smaller fish dart in and out of the openings. Sea turtles, especially loggerheads and greens, cruise through regularly and are always a highlight when they make an appearance.
This isn't just another dive trip – it's your chance to experience why Key Largo is considered the diving capital of the world. Our local knowledge, professional guides, and carefully selected dive sites create the perfect combination for both new and experienced divers. The flexible payment plan makes it easy to book now and worry about the rest later, while our twice-daily schedule means you can fit a dive into almost any vacation itinerary. Whether you end up on a double reef day with incredible coral formations, or exploring wrecks that house decades of marine growth, you're getting access to some of Florida's most renowned underwater destinations. Ready to see what lies beneath Key Largo's surface? Select your date and let's get you underwater where the real magic happens.
