Join an instructor of BlueWater Divers on Thursday afternoon for twice-daily scuba trips departing from Key Largo. These 3-4 hour dive charters are designed for certified divers and snorkelers ready to explore some of Florida's most spectacular underwater terrain.
Certified divers (ages 10+) are $100 per person - just bring your c-card to prove your highest certification level. Snorkelers (ages 8+) are $95. Reserve now with just a 25% deposit and pay the balance after your dives wrap up. Groups run from 1 to 6 people comfortably, so whether you're going solo or bringing friends and family, there's room for everyone.

On the Water Scuba Experience
Diving Key Largo puts you in one of the most unique marine environments in the country. The shallow reefs start at around 20-30 feet, making them ideal for recreational divers of all certification levels. You'll glide through stands of elkhorn and staghorn coral, spot colorful parrotfish grazing on the reef, and watch grouper, snapper, and jacks patrolling the structure. The water here tends to be warm and clear, especially during calm, sunny days.
When you venture to the wrecks, the experience shifts. These are real shipwrecks resting on the sandy bottom, now covered in coral and home to countless fish seeking shelter in the wreckage. Plan Your Scuba Diving Day
Trips last between 3 and 4 hours depending on which dive sites you hit and how the day unfolds. Most days you'll do two dives, with time on the surface to decompress, rehydrate, and take in the scenery. Your group size stays small - maximum 6 people - so there's plenty of deck space for gear, and the crew can give each diver attention and guidance.
What's provided: tanks, weights, snacks, water, dock-side rinse station for gear, camera rinse tank, free parking, restrooms, and hot showers. What to bring: your certification card, a towel, sunscreen, and any personal dive gear you prefer to use (wetsuit, fins, dive computer, etc.). Gear rentals are available if you need them - just mention that when you book.
The water temperature in Key Largo varies by season. Winter months (November through March) sit around 72-75 degrees, so most divers wear a 3mm or 5mm wetsuit. Summer (June through September) runs warmer at 82-84 degrees, and many divers go with just a thin rashguard or 2mm suit. The crew can advise based on the date you're diving.
