Non-stop bites all day long! Our July morning started at 8:00 am with partly cloudy skies and the possibility of storms rolling through Key Largo later in the day. The crew was ready to explore the third largest barrier reef in the world, and we had perfect conditions to get down and see what the underwater world had to offer. We headed out on our 30-foot USCG-inspected vessel, and I guided the crew as part of BlueWater Diver with our Key Largo Scuba Diving Boat Charter - Private 2 Tank Dive.
With our gear rigged and ready, we focused on buoyancy control, underwater navigation, and controlled ascents throughout both tank dives. The crew spotted a Green Sea Turtle cruisin' the flats during our dive, which made for an incredible encounter down by the reef.
